Unison 3-Year Software Upgrade Agreement (SUA) Renewal. This allows for the customer to receive all the upgrades as they are released. When purchased at the same time of the initial Unison software, the first year of upgrades are included. Years 2 and 3 are invoiced annually to the VAR and are calculated as 14.4% of the MSRP of the Unison software including any additional modules. The MRSP of the Unison SUA is 18% to the End User. Note: This upgrade price is NOT subject to any VAR discount.
